This is a journal of my vegetable gardens. Skippy was my first dog and he thought the garden was his, even though I did all the work. Now Suzie and Charley follow in his footsteps. We're located near Boston (USDA zone 6A). I have a community plot, a backyard vegetable garden, fruit trees, berry bushes, chickens, and bees. I use sustainable organic methods and do my best to grow all of my family's vegetables myself.

autumn walk around the pond
I have a new toy. A Flip video camcorder. Here's my first movie. Starring Skippy. He doesn't do much. It was a very lazy walk around the Pond on a beautiful day.
Evening, that was great. Skippy has a fantasic rudder of a tail and such a personality. It was great when he responded to you on going for a walk with a big WOOF(Yes), great stuff, tree colours lovely. We are not New England, but on my way to the Workshop the trees on the main road are jewel like and beginning to twirl and dance there way to the ground. It appears we are in for a ridiculously warm week double figures at night for the next few days. Well who knows?? Marian(LondonUK)
