  2. Your gardens are incredible, amazing, fabulous! All the plants are so big and healthy!

    My tomatoes were in dire shape a few weeks ago, but after the extreme heat broke, they began producing again. Lots of little tomatoes, probably too many so I think I should thin them out. Peppers have been a huge success but I've frozen more than we will need. What to do with 10# of peppers? Ah, I think it's time to make tomato sauce, a la Kathy. I have lots of big onions from sets planted 2-3 months ago, and an abundant supply of tomatoes and peppers.

    I'm thinking making sauce by putting all the veggies in the slow cooker. I don't think the sauce could be bad!
