welcome back gnome

My fishing gnome is back! I thought he fell into the pond and carefully checked the mucky bottom 4 feet down - no gnome. We found him while cleaning out the garage - in a storage basket, lost for 2 years.

A journal of my home vegetable garden. Skippy thinks it's his garden, but I've been gardening here for 20 years. We're located near Boston (USDA zone 6). I have a big community garden plot and a small plot in my yard. I try to grow all of my family's vegetables using sustainable organic methods.

Ha Ha! He looks in excellent health from his rest in the garage. Garages are like black holes, once you enter the hidden depths, new discoveries of old stuff are made!

What a lovely surprise for you! I'll bet he's enjoying the sunshine once again! And the fishing!

Oh those Garages! Mine needs to be selectively cleaned out into a storage, then just as selectively restored to new shelving.
Glad your Gnome s back. He's one of the cute ones!
