This is a journal of my vegetable gardens. Skippy was my first dog and he thought the garden was his, even though I did all the work. Now Suzie and Charley follow in his footsteps. We're located near Boston (USDA zone 6A). I have a community plot, a backyard vegetable garden, fruit trees, berry bushes, chickens, and bees. I use sustainable organic methods and do my best to grow all of my family's vegetables myself.

garden timeline
This shows the timing of my crops last year. Harvest spanned half a year.
Program? Well, I looked back through my blog to get the planting and harvesting times. Then I did the diagram using PowerPoint. I just eyeballed the bars - its not an excel graph or anything. Just squares and text. I do very accurate graphing of this sort professionally (with medical research data) but didn't go all out here.
Great resource - I used the timeline in a school vegetable greenhouse feasability project! Is it nice up there in Boston? (I live in York, England but have relatives in New York. Cheers, Helgi

That's quite a timeline. As I follow your harvest through your blog, I am always impressed by how much produce you get from your garden.
