peas planted!

Saturday, May 27, 2017

Please go to Apple Store for the current update on Skippy's Calendar app. It corrects the bug on the fall date changer. Yes, it's time to start thinking about fall planting. I planted my Brussels sprouts a couple days ago. I'm hoping to have some for Thanksgiving this year. It seems pretty far ahead to plan for that!

  2. Is this App suitable for Southern Hemisphere or just North and United States?

  3. Yes. It works the same for the Southern Hemisphere because it's based on the frost dates you put in. Lots of gardeners in Austrailia, New Zealand, and South Africa are using the app. Let me know how you like it.

  4. Where app doesn't work well is regions without regular winter seasons that have an average first and last frost date to put in. We're going to wrk on adapting it to warmer regions, but the current version doesn't do this.
