This is a journal of my vegetable gardens. Skippy was my first dog and he thought the garden was his, even though I did all the work. Now Suzie and Charley follow in his footsteps. We're located near Boston (USDA zone 6A). I have a community plot, a backyard vegetable garden, fruit trees, berry bushes, chickens, and bees. I use sustainable organic methods and do my best to grow all of my family's vegetables myself.

my garden gnome on the first day of spring
I can see it in his eyes that he has snow fatigue too. But he's toughing it out.
Ha Ha! Great, I love your Gnome piccies, he does look rather fed up. We may get snow in East London this weekend, the North of the country is bearing the brunt of it today. I think it is going to be a late start at the Lottie, still there is plenty to seed indoors. Marian (LondonUK)
