weathering hurricane Sandy

garden aerial post sandy 013 We were fortunate with almost no storm damage, though it was WINDY!! The garden is wet and leaf-strewn.

Many houses nearby fared worse, though nothing like NJ. Here's a slideshow of my neighborhood after Sandy.

  1. Looks like you made it through the storm okay. We had a 50 foot elm tree uproot itself from the woods into our back yard. Thankfully it didn't hit anything important. The top landed on a vegetable bed but there was nothing in it.
