This is a journal of my vegetable gardens. Skippy was my first dog and he thought the garden was his, even though I did all the work. Now Suzie and Charley follow in his footsteps. We're located near Boston (USDA zone 6A). I have a community plot, a backyard vegetable garden, fruit trees, berry bushes, chickens, and bees. I use sustainable organic methods and do my best to grow all of my family's vegetables myself.

waiting for Christmas
Looks like Skippy was good this year. There's a stocking that smells good (to him) hanging by the fireplace. I told him he has to wait 'til tomorrow.
Merry Christmas Kathy, family & Skippy No snow here in London but lots of festive love and light and hope for the New Year. Looking forward to lovely roastie parsnips in 12 ish hours time as is my cousin in Australia a little ahead of that!! Greetings all you like minded dwellers and a peaceful New Year for all of us. Love. XXXX
Happy holiday to Skippy and Kathy and all their loved ones! The picture is wonderful, I can just imagine him sniffing eagerly at the anticipated goodies ahead. Hope you have as wonderful a day as I'm sure Skippy will have :-)
Merry Christmas Skippy. I too was anticipating my stocking and now that I have had home made Christmas cookies in the shape of bones, I've gone back to sleep. Love and Licks, Chorizo (chorizo@sympatico.ca)
