This is a journal of my vegetable gardens. Skippy was my first dog and he thought the garden was his, even though I did all the work. Now Suzie and Charley follow in his footsteps. We're located near Boston (USDA zone 6A). I have a community plot, a backyard vegetable garden, fruit trees, berry bushes, chickens, and bees. I use sustainable organic methods and do my best to grow all of my family's vegetables myself.

honey CSA
Joan's hive location has been approved for the meadow next to the community gardens! Yeah!! And she has a nice new website advertising her CSA: Little Red Truck Farm - Honey CSA. I signed up for my share today. Her hives will be set up in April.
Hi, I'm a relatively new reader. I don't garden at all but I have a great interest in it, so I'm hoping to learn a lot from your blog - and have already! Congratulations to Joan for getting her hive location approved. It sounds delicious.
